Who we are:
Avis Budget Car and Truck Rentals operated locally by franchisee Successful Rentals, LLC.
What we do:
* Offer excellent customer service.
* Ensure rental vehicle is ready for the next customer by: cleaning/vacuuming/disinfecting interior as well as washing exterior by hand, inspecting for damages, and refueling if necessary in an expedited manner.
* Assist to secure vehicle keys from customers upon return, and obtain necessary information so that vehicle can be checked in.
* Send “readied” vehicle information to Rental Agents so that it may be rented out.
* You may also be required to clean the exterior of the building and perform other general maintenance tasks.
Who we’re looking for:
The perfect candidate will have -
* Valid driver’s license.
* Thier own reliable transportation.
* Ability to pass a background check.
* Ability to work part-time: Tuesday, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Available any time from 7am - 8pm. Could possibly include some weekends and some holidays.
* Reliable transportation to arrive to shift on time.
* Basic cell phone skills (texting / picture taking).
* Minimum of 21 years of age.
* Ability to demonstrate professionalism, enthusiasm, reliability, honesty, problem-solving, self motivation and outstanding communication skills with customers, coworkers and management, (frequent communications via text, phone call and pictures are part of the day-to-day duties).
* Personal hygiene, clean and professional appearance, and following the dress code is a must.
*This is a hands-on position - you'll work with your team mates to complete the duties timely and efficiently.
*This position is for individuals willing to work hard, and who strive for quality. You should enjoy working outdoors, and you should be detail-oriented and willing to handle a wide variety of tasks.
*Although you will work with other people daily, your position will be primarily self-directed (after training). You should be comfortable meeting deadlines and working long hours in the rental lot.
*The Service Agent will primarily work outdoors on the rental lot. They may be exposed to various weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold. The Service Agent will also be required to work weekends and some holidays as needed.
** This is a fast paced work environment. The position requires the ability to stand and walk continuously, enter and exit vehicles, and lift/push up to 50 lbs. Ability to work outdoors in seasonal weather conditions and with moderate noise level is also required. This advertisement describes the general nature and level of this position only.
