This is a unique opportunity to teach in a micro / homeschool enrichment school, teaching students from 1 - 12 grade. Our one of a kind schooling program can be used by parents as their sole education, or as an enrichment to their homeschool curriculum. We offer families options to construct the optimal learning situation for their students.
Weekly schedule is Monday - Thursday 9:00 - 2:00pm. Students are able to pick their classes based on age or interest.

Duties
- Design and implement innovative lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards to promote literacy, numeracy, social skills, and physical development.
- Foster a safe, inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and respectful interactions among students.
- Manage classroom activities effectively using behavior management techniques to maintain focus and discipline.
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of children, including those requiring special education or early intervention support.
- Conduct assessments and utilize standardized testing methods to monitor student progress and inform instruction.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and colleagues to support each child's individual growth and welfare.
Experience
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices.
- Experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or private school settings.
- Proficiency in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management techniques.
- Familiarity with special education needs, behavior management strategies, and early intervention programs.
- Ability to teach physical education, literacy education, math concepts, and foster overall child welfare.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, and team members effectively.
