Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities to ensure a spotless environment
- Maintain high standards of floor care, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and towels to ensure guest comfort
- Follow established janitorial procedures for sanitation and safety compliance
- Handle industrial cleaning tasks as needed to uphold cleanliness standards across all areas
- Assist with custodial duties in common areas, hallways, and lobby spaces
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for quick resolution
Requirements
- Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality is highly preferred
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning equipment
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality service
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork
- Previous hotel or custodial experience is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided
