The platform integrates into existing business processes, from customer onboarding to recurring operational tasks, and deploys fully customized end-to-end solutions within weeks. Early traction includes referral-driven customers and multi-month pilots with leading enterprises; the team is now scaling outbound and systemizing GTM.

Be the company's first GTM hire, owning the full spectrum of customer acquisition and success. You'll inherit a portfolio of existing customers, build the outbound motion from scratch, close net-new business yourself, and design the systems future account executives and customer success managers will run on.
What you'll be doing

Own a portfolio of existing customers in the first two weeks; learn workflows, find expansion, ensure retention.

Build and execute the outbound motion from scratch — prospecting, sequencing, qualification.

Close net-new logos end-to-end, from outreach to signature; deal cycles of one week to two months.

Design and document the GTM systems and operational playbooks future AEs/CSMs will follow.

Partner with the founding team on calls to solve customer problems, debug blockers, and feed product development.

Build and manage a small team of AEs and account managers as the function scales.
