Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated Hosts to join our vibrant team at Bag O' Crab. As a Host, you will be pivotal in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.(age must be 16 + years old)
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat customers warmly and professionally
- Accurately take and process food and beverage orders
- Deliver orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Provide menu recommendations and effectively upsell
- Efficiently handle cash and credit card transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure prompt service

Skills
- Proficiency in food handling and safety protocols
- Familiarity with POS systems such as OpenTable and Aloha POS is advantageous
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell effectively
- Competency in cash handling and basic math
- Excellent guest relations skills and commitment to top-notch customer service
