Direct Wire and Cable is seeking full time Production Assemblers to join our growing team at our modern facility in Denver, Pennsylvania. No prior experience is required.
In this hands on role, you will work directly with cable and wire products. Your responsibilities will include measuring, cutting, assembling components, and preparing finished goods while maintaining high standards for safety and quality. We welcome applicants who are new to production environments, and we provide thorough training to ensure you are equipped to perform the role successfully. Our newly built facility offers a clean and organized workspace, a supportive team culture, and complimentary gourmet coffee onsite.

Pay & Benefits
- Starting wage of $16.50 per hour on 1st shift and $18.00 per hour on 2nd shift with opportunities to earn up to $2.00 more per hour within your first six months based on training completion.

Key Responsibilities
- Cut cable and cords, assemble components, and label finished goods
- Package and label products accurately
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow safety, environmental, and quality procedures
- Work as part of a team to meet production goals
Requirements
- High school diploma, post high-school education strongly preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and perform basic math
- Comfortable using hand tools in a production setting
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 250 lbs (with assistance)
