At JET AC:
- Starting at: $20-30/hr (based on experience) | Your hustle = your paycheck.
- Steady year-round work.
- Company truck. Paid every 2 weeks.
- If you're good, you eat first. When work slows down, we put hours on YOU before the owner-operators. we'd rather keep a great tech busy and happy than protect our own seats.
The bar:
- 2+ years diagnosing and repairing on your own — OR you're just flat-out good and you know you can hold your own with anybody. EPA cert + valid FL license + you can run a residential call solo.
- You're good with people: you keep your cool with a frustrated homeowner in a hot house, stay calm and respectful, and leave them glad they called.
