Position OverviewAs a Play & Party Attendant, you’ll be at the heart of the fun! You’ll help create magical play experiences for kids, support families during open play and celebrations, and keep our space clean, safe, and inviting. From hosting parties to serving coffee, this role is perfect for someone who loves kids, teamwork, and high-energy days.
Responsibilities
- Greet families, assist with check-in, and answer guest questions
- Supervise and actively engage with children during open play to ensure a safe, fun, and clean environment
- Communicate clearly and kindly with parents, children, and fellow team members
- Clean and disinfect play structures, party areas, café seating, and restrooms as needed throughout and at the end of each shift
- Build relationships with families and contribute to a welcoming community atmosphere
- Prepare coffee, espresso-based drinks and ice cream, serve café items, and assist at the café counter
- Host birthday parties and special events, including:
- Setting up and breaking down party rooms
- Leading or assisting with games, activities, and celebrations
- Keeping parties organized, on schedule, and stress-free for families
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Weekend availability required
- Friendly, upbeat, and great with children
- Comfortable leading groups of children and interacting with families
- Reliable, punctual, and a collaborative team player
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Able to multitask and stay organized during busy play sessions and parties
- Ability to bend, crawl, climb, and move through play structures to ensure thorough cleaning and supervision
- Comfortable standing for extended periods
- Prior experience with children, customer service, or barista work is a plus—but not required
Pay: $16–18 per hour + tips
