Because our business operates on two-person cleaning teams, every employee plays an important role in serving our customers. Reliability and attendance are essential. When one team member is absent, coworkers must adjust schedules, customers may be delayed, and service commitments can be impacted.

Company vehicles are frequently available during the workday.
No cleaning experience is required—we will teach you our proven system.

Minimum Requirements:
- At least 18 Years of age
- Valid drivers license
- Personal vehicle available for work use when required
- Lives within 30 miles of Lexington KY
- Automobile liability insurance coverage
- Driving record acceptable for the position
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Positive attitude and ability to work well with a teammate
- Ability to perform the essential functions of a residential cleaning position
- Successful completion of background check
- Willingness to learn and follow The Cleaning Authority cleaning system
This is Residential House Cleaning
This position involves cleaning private homes throughout the Lexington and surrounding areas. Employees work in teams of two and travel between customer homes during the workday using company vehicles and sometimes personal vehicles when required.
Team members spend their day performing hands-on cleaning tasks such as cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, floors, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, mopping, and other detailed household cleaning duties.
This is an active job that requires bending, kneeling, reaching, standing, and moving throughout the workday.
Applicants should be comfortable performing residential cleaning services daily and take pride in helping customers maintain a clean, healthy home environment.
Employees who consistently demonstrate excellent attendance, positive attitudes, quality work, and leadership potential are considered first for advancement opportunities.
This is a hands-on residential cleaning position. While we offer advancement opportunities into Certified Professional House Cleaner, Trainer, and Inspector, all leaders in our company begin by learning and mastering our residential cleaning system.

* Earning potential of $16.50 - $20.00+ per hour
* Automatic pay increase after 40 days of employment
* Bonus opportunities up to $1.40 per hour
* Non-cash tips averaging $1.32/hour YTD
