As the Restaurant & Bar Manager, you’ll oversee the daily operations of both the dining room and bar to ensure a smooth, high-quality guest experience. You’ll lead and motivate the front of the house team, manage scheduling, training, and performance, and maintain a positive and professional work environment. You’ll be responsible for managing inventory, ordering supplies, and working with vendors to keep the bar stocked. This role also involves upholding the restaurant’s standards for food quality, cleanliness, and customer service, as well as ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and liquor regulations. You’ll handle guest feedback, resolve issues quickly, and help plan and promote in-house events, specials, and marketing initiatives. Additionally, you’ll assist with budgeting, tracking sales, and implementing strategies to help the restaurant meet its revenue and growth goals.
