The Position & Responsibilities
We are looking to hire a Maintenance Technician. The day-to-day responsibilities will include completing work orders relating to (but are not limited to):
- basic handyman work
- repairing drywall
- basic plumbing and electrical work
- building maintenance
- painting
Qualifications
We believe that with proper training, anything can be achieved.
We will provide training from an experienced maintenance technician! Ultimately, we are looking for a friendly, highly motivated individual, that enjoys working with others.
At a minimum, the applicant must be able to:
- prove they have a clean driving driving record
- work with computers, check email, and use text messages
- communicate effectively with others (verbally and written)
- show a high school diploma or GED
Although not required, it would help if the applicant has:
- common hand-tools
- a truck or a van
