Position Overview
We are seeking a professional, polished, and customer-focused Receptionist Host / Guest Services Coordinator to join our corporate housing and short-term rental team for a temporary 4–6 week assignment. This individual will serve as the face of our brand—welcoming guests, ensuring apartment homes are inspection-ready, and delivering a luxury-level experience from check-in to check-out.
The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, hands-on, and comfortable working in both administrative and operational settings.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Services & Front-Facing Duties
- Greet and assist guests in a warm, professional manner
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, text, and email
- Coordinate check-ins and check-outs
- Address guest concerns quickly and professionally
- Provide exceptional customer service that enhances the guest experience
Unit Inspections & Quality Control
- Conduct detailed inspections of apartment units prior to guest arrival
- Ensure units meet company cleanliness and presentation standards
- Report maintenance or housekeeping issues immediately to hospitality manager
- Verify key fobs, garage remotes, and access devices are properly placed
- Maintain inventory of household essentials and supplies
Operations & Hands-On Support
- Inspect & Assist with light cleaning and staging when needed
- Support housekeeping teams during high-volume periods
- Stock units with toiletries, limen’s and welcome items
- Ensure properties are organized, presentable, and guest-ready at all times
- Occasionally assist with minor hands-on tasks to maintain property standards
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of hospitality, hotel, Airbnb, leasing, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Professional appearance and neatly dressed at all times
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with hands-on responsibilities and light cleaning duties
- Reliable transportation (if overseeing multiple properties)
- Flexible schedule, including some weekends or holidays if necessary
