We are currently seeking an Experienced Nursing Home Scheduler for a great opportunity.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic scheduler/staffing coordinator to join the team and act as the nursing center contact for all Center Department Heads and Supervisors in Labor Management Policy, Process, and Supporting Technology. You will control the Nursing Department labor spend to minimize overtime and agency usage through effective scheduling strategies and ensure adequate nursing staffing at all times. Bring your management skills to Buckhead Center for Nursing where you will play a pivotal role in optimizing clinical, financial, and human resources operating results as a Scheduling Manager.

Requirements:
Prior Experience working in a Long Term Care Facility is Required
Comfortable with Microsoft Office products
