Position Responsibilities
- Ensure all staff members are signed in and prepared for service at the start of each shift
- Greet and seat guests in a professional and welcoming manner
- Assign tables and servers appropriately
- Record reservation requests as needed
- Administer and coordinate To-Go orders
- Maintain awareness of overall restaurant activity to ensure an efficient and high-quality dining environment
Qualifications
- Strong reading and writing skills
- Must be able to stand and walk for the duration of the shift
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while overseeing restaurant activity
- Supervisory experience is a plus
- Previous experience as a server or host/hostess preferred
- Basic computer skills required
