Photographer / Videographer - Marketing Content Creator

FBi Buildings is looking for a Photographer / Videographer - Marketing Content Creator who is curious, creative, dependable, and excited to learn. This role is a great fit for someone with amateur or hobby-level photography and videography experience who wants hands-on training, real jobsite experience, and the opportunity to apply professional standards and storytelling principles over time.
Location: This position is located on-site in Remington, IN, right off I-65 for an easy local commute.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate has a passion for visual storytelling, enjoys working with cameras and technology, and is willing to learn how to capture professional-quality photos and videos that showcase our people, craftsmanship, and completed projects.
Qualifications:
- Interest in photography, videography, visual storytelling, and marketing content creation
- Some hands-on experience with a camera, smartphone video, drone, or other photo/video equipment preferred; hobby, school, freelance, volunteer, or personal project experience is welcome
- Willingness to learn professional principles such as composition, lighting, framing, audio quality, camera settings, and basic video storytelling
- Interest in A/V technology, including cameras, microphones, lighting, drones, gimbals, and editing software
- Comfort learning tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, or similar editing platforms
- Strong attention to detail, dependability, and a desire to improve with feedback and practice
- Good communication and customer service skills when working with team members, customers, and jobsites
- Ability to stay organized and manage content projects with guidance from the marketing team
- Willingness to travel throughout FBi's service territory
- Company car is provided for this role to use to/from job sites
Reporting Structure:
This position reports directly to the Lead Videographer and works closely with the marketing team, sales team, project managers, and customers. The person in this role will receive guidance, feedback, and opportunities to grow while helping create compelling visual content for FBi Buildings.
Compensation:
This is a salaried position with a pay range starting at $50,000 - $55,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
