Epic Therapists is seeking compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists to join our team in providing Epic therapy services to patients in our private clinic & private schools in proximity to our clinic. Full time Position,Plano, TX!
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate speech, language, and communication abilities.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and needs.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to address speech and language disorders.
- Program functional activities that help support generalization of skills In the community.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, educators, and family members to support patient progress.
- Provide education and resources to patients and their families regarding speech therapy techniques.
- Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
- Stay current with research and best practices in the field of speech-language pathology.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology related to speech and language functions.
- Experience in pediatrics or early intervention is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in patient assessment techniques to identify communication disorders.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Passion for providing high-quality patient care and improving communication outcomes.
