American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for a Home Health position in South Carolina, with home health experience preferred and a valid SC PTA license required prior to start.

Post-acute home health setting

Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (5x8-hour shifts)

13-week contract

Epic EMR experience preferred but not required

Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible

Active SC PTA license required prior to start; pending state license will be considered (license required if applicable)

Current BLS certification required

Home health experience strongly preferred; all PTA experience will be considered on a case-by-case basis

Minimum 2 years of experience preferred; 1 year may be considered on a case-by-case basis

Two professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration

All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted upfront; RTO requests made after initial submission will not be considered

Attendance policy is in effect — missing more than two shifts within the 13-week contract without reasonable explanation may result in contract review or cancellation

Pass/fail competency testing is administered on the first day of orientation
