The Portfolio Manager is responsible for managing the execution of select high-priority strategic initiatives. This role supports the translation of the strategic initiatives into strategic business cases and operational business plans for execution.
What You Can Expect:

Supports development of strategic business cases and operational business plans for high-priority strategic initiatives.

Supports execution of the plans to meet project milestones, target budget, KPIs, and deliverables.

Leads work teams related to project execution. Directs and manages work including interfacing with resources and stakeholders across the organization, as well as outside of the organization.

Provides leadership and mentoring to other members of the portfolio team to execute on the plan.

Provides regular updates of project progress, risks, and escalations.

Collects and tracks progress towards outcome metrics and KPIs.

Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree or experience in lieu of degree

Experience: Six (6) years' relevant experience
