INDSJBR
- 2+ years of hands-on automotive technician experience (dealership or independent shop)
-
ASE certifications a plus
-
Strong diagnostic ability
-
Team-oriented mindset with a positive, no-drama attitude

Experience performing used vehicle reconditioning, including:
-
Brakes, suspension, steering components
-
Engine repairs and maintenance
-
Transmission service
-
Cooling systems
-
Electrical troubleshooting
-
Ability to complete multi-point inspections thoroughly and accurately
-
Solid understanding of used car recon standards and turnaround time expectations

Comfortable working on multiple makes and models (domestic and import)
