Summary:
Responsible for cleaning tables, empty trash, maintain clean bus carts, restocking condiments, clean plates, silverware and glassware at any MNGE venue assigned.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide quick, friendly professional service to all guests and staff.
2. Clear and wipe off tables, chairs, counters and surrounding area.
3. Removes plates and silverware when all guests have finished.
4. Assists with set up and breaks down dining room for each shift.
5. Maintains service stations in a clean and orderly manner throughout shift.
6. Performs all opening and closing side work as required.
7. Represent self as a credit to MNGE by promoting an environment of outstanding customer service.
8. Assist servers when needed.
9. Assist in keeping the assigned food venue clean.
10. Maintain a current food handler card and liquor license.
11. Available to work during peak periods, when needed.
12. Communicates clearly with all internal/external guests.
13. Help out in secondary positions as needed, Server or Cashier Host/Hostess per business needs.
14. Additional duties as required or assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, and/or ability required. EDUCATION Ability to read, write and understand English. High School Diploma or GED preferred.
EXPERIENCE
Basic computer proficiency, including the ability to use email and electronic timekeeping systems, is required.
LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS
Tulsa County Food Handler’s Card is required for all F&B positions.
Liquor License from the Able Commission is also required for F&B front of house positions.
Must have the ability to pass comprehensive background check, drug test, and obtain gaming license when required.

Page 1 of 2 Must be able to stand long periods of time and/or walk in excess of 2 1/2 miles per shift. Has ability to lift and carry at least 40 lbs. up to 38” and Push/Pull force of 88 lbs. Ability to maneuver chairs 20lbs up to 100 times per shift. Ability to maneuver in all areas of casino, frequent ascent/descent from bus stairs, travel to various on/off site venues, which may involve elevation changes in surfaces. Visual acuity to discern and examine text, graphics, color and symmetry. Speech to communicate clearly, express ideas and convey information in an understandable manner. Ability to hear for listening comprehension and to understand ideas presented through spoken words and sentences. Manual dexterity to operate office equipment and examine documents, records and files.
