$23–25/hour | Full-time | Wound & Vascular Care Clinic
We’re the fastest-growing independent wound, vein, vascular, and lymphedema clinic group in Utah — and quickly becoming the largest of our kind in the state. With an A+ care team, exceptional patient outcomes, and hundreds of 5-star reviews, we’re building something special — and looking for a top-tier Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) to join us at our Salt Lake City location.
This is not your average front desk job. Our PCCs are central to the patient experience — combining scheduling and billing support with a strong understanding of clinical care. If you’re sharp, organized, and excited to be part of a winning team that changes lives, we want to meet you.
What You’ll Do
- Be the face of the clinic — welcoming patients with warmth and professionalism
- Discuss treatment plans with confidence — guiding patients through care processes related to wound healing, vascular health, vein procedures, and lymphedema therapy
- Coordinate schedules with precision — ensuring timely follow-up, smooth provider calendars, and organized care delivery
- Collect patient balances and assist with insurance questions and prior authorization workflows
- Manage incoming referrals, medical records, and patient communications with clarity and speed
- Track and follow up on patient milestones to ensure no one falls through the cracks
- Work closely with the clinic’s provider, support staff, and remote team to ensure seamless care for every patient
What We’re Looking For
- Smart, motivated, and highly organized — you keep things moving and know how to prioritize
- Excellent communicator — able to explain medical procedures clearly and collaborate across teams
- Comfortable with medical terminology (especially in wound care and vascular procedures) or eager to learn quickly
- Able to manage complex schedules and systems with attention to detail
- Tech-savvy — experienced with EMRs, phone systems, and digital tools (NextGen a plus, but not required)
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership
Preferred Background
- 1–3 years in a medical office or healthcare support role
- Experience in wound care, vascular, or a related specialty is preferred
- CNA, MA, or similar background is a plus, but not required
- Looking for a long-term fit (1.5+ year commitment)
Why Join Us
- $23–25/hour, depending on experience
- Paid time off and health benefits
- Positive, fast-paced, no-drama culture
- Chance to grow your skills in a high-performing clinical environment
- Be part of a team that’s raising the bar in wound and vascular care across Utah
If you're smart, proactive, and excited to be part of Utah’s most respected wound and vascular group, apply today. You’ll make a real impact — and grow alongside a team that’s winning for patients and for each other.
