Overview: Capstone is growing and we are seeking passionate and dynamic educators to join our team as we expand for the 2026-2027 school year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide instruction to ensure all students’ academic growth.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to plan and implement lesson plans.
- Monitor student progress and assist with assessments.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively across multiple rooms.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (required).
- Valid state teaching certification (preferred).
- Experience in elementary and/or middle school teaching (preferred).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong classroom management skills
- Ability to adapt to various classroom settings and student needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
