- Develop a professional relationship with each patient based on honesty, trust, and empathy
- Comprehensively evaluate each presenting patients' condition(s)
- Develop an accurate working diagnosis for each patients' condition
- Develop a customized plan of care for each patient, when indicated
- Provide chiropractic adjustments to the spine, its articulations and the extremities, when indicated
- Ensure the safety of each patient at all times
- Maintain the highest degree of personal, professional and ethical standards
- Maintain the highest degree of professional skill and knowledge
- Effectively educate patients on benefits of regular chiropractic maintenance
- Enter chiropractic visits notes into electronic software
- Perform the role of Clinic Director, taking initiative to drive clinic growth, solve problems and manage clinic staff (as necessary)
Minimum Requirements
- Doctor of Chiropractor License in good standing for state of Florida
- Cheerful, outgoing demeanor
- Able to work weekends/evenings (as required)
- Ability to provide high volume of chiropractic adjustments daily
- Able to use office equipment; computer, scanner, fax, and phone
- Maintain the cleanliness of the clinic and organization of workspace
- Maintain a professional appearance and appropriate attire
- Enthusiastic approach to customer service
Abilities Required Able to stand and/or sit for long periods of time and able to lift 50 pounds.
