Job Summary
We are seeking two highly skilled Lead Engineers to support key customer-facing projects: one specializing in Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE), and the other in Cisco Email Security Appliance (ESA). These engineers will play a critical role in delivering LCS (Lifecycle Services) deliverables and collaborating closely with cross-functional project teams to ensure successful customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary technical lead for either Cisco ISE or Cisco ESA projects.
- Provide expert-level support, troubleshooting, and guidance for Cisco Security solutions (ISE or ESA).
- Interface directly with customers to understand requirements, resolve issues, and deliver solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, architects, and other engineers, to support project deliverables.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, documentation, and customer communications.
- Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Cisco security products, industry best practices, and emerging threats.
Skill Requirements
- Security Expertise:
- For ESA Lead Engineer: Extensive hands-on experience supporting Cisco Email Security Appliance (ESA).
- For ISE Lead Engineer: Extensive hands-on experience supporting Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE).
- Strong understanding of network security concepts, protocols, and technologies.
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles, including technical presentations, email communication, and documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present information clearly and concisely in English.
- Ability to work effectively in EST, CST, or PST time zones.
- Demonstrated collaboration skills in cross-functional project environments.
Other Requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
- Cisco certifications (e.g., CCNP Security, CCIE Security, Cisco Certified Specialist - Security Core).
- Experience with LCS (Lifecycle Services) deliverables.
- Experience in large enterprise or service provider environments.
