Pool Service Technician – Full-Time
$16–$18 per hour | 4:30 AM–1:00 PM | Near Lackland Air Force Base
We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Pool Service Technician to join our team full-time. This is a hands-on, outdoor position for someone who takes pride in doing quality work, staying organized, and working independently.
Position Details
Pay: $16–$18 per hour
Hours: 4:30 AM–1:00 PM
Position: Full-Time
Service Area: Near Lackland Air Force Base
Applicants must be able to consistently report to work and be ready to start at 4:30 AM.
Job Duties
- Clean swimming pools and spas
- Skim leaves and debris from pools
- Brush pool walls, steps, tile lines, and other surfaces
- Vacuum pools as needed
- Empty skimmer and pump baskets
- Clean and maintain pool filters
- Test pool water and maintain proper chemical levels
- Safely add chlorine and other pool chemicals
- Inspect pumps, filters, valves, timers, and other pool equipment
- Identify equipment problems, leaks, and unusual water conditions
- Report repairs and additional service needs
- Maintain accurate service and chemical records
- Keep pool-cleaning equipment and supplies organized
- Follow company safety and chemical-handling procedures
- Complete assigned work efficiently while maintaining quality standards
Requirements
- Must have a valid U.S. driver's license
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be available and eligible to work on a military base
- Must be able to obtain and maintain any required base access
- Must be available to work 4:30 AM–1:00 PM
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Comfortable working independently
- Able to work outdoors in hot weather
- Able to lift and carry pool chemicals, equipment, and supplies
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to follow established procedures
- Professional and respectful while working on customer property
Pool service experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right person who is reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn.
