Tuffy Tire & Auto is looking for a motivated, dependable team player to join our growing shop. This is more than a traditional Service Advisor position—you’ll be a key part of our daily operations and help wherever needed to keep the shop running efficiently.

Duties
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Create estimates and repair orders.
- Schedule appointments and communicate with customers throughout the repair process.
- Order, receive, and verify parts deliveries.
- Invoice completed repair orders accurately.
- Assist technicians with shop tasks when needed.
- Perform basic maintenance services such as oil changes and other light mechanical work.
- Help maintain shop organization, cleanliness, and inventory.
- Complete additional duties as assigned to support daily operations.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Automotive knowledge is preferred but not required—we’re willing to train the right person.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Comfortable using computers and learning shop management software.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in both the office and shop environment.
- Positive attitude, dependable, and willing to jump in wherever needed.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
