THE ROLE
CommunityCare of Lyme is seeking an experienced, collaborative leader to serve as its part-time Executive Director at 20-24 hours per week. This is a hands-on role that sits at the center of CCL's work, responsible for program oversight, staff support, fundraising, and ensuring the organization operates effectively in service of its mission. The ideal candidate is organized and community-minded, comfortable building relationships across a wide range of stakeholders, and brings enough experience in nonprofit management to lead with confidence in a small-organization environment.

Financial Management: Work alongside the Treasurer to oversee budgeting, monitor organizational finances, and ensure sound fiscal management.
