Established Bay Area commercial general contractor with a strong reputation for hands-on execution, quality work, and long-standing client relationships. The company manages a mix of public and private commercial construction projects and offers a highly collaborative environment with direct access to ownership and leadership.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, Project Executive, or Construction Manager who can step into an active workload, manage projects independently, communicate effectively with owners and subcontractors, and help provide leadership to more junior project management staff.
The ideal candidate will bring strong experience with commercial construction, general contracting, public works, renovations, tenant improvements, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, budgeting, change orders, owner communication, and project closeout. Broad knowledge across major trades, including MEP, framing, and finishes, is highly relevant. Direct hotel experience is not required, but candidates should have a well-rounded commercial construction background and be comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and project types.
This is an excellent fit for a seasoned construction professional who prefers a smaller, entrepreneurial contractor environment over a highly corporate setting and wants a role with meaningful autonomy, direct leadership access, and flexibility between the office, project sites, and remote work.
