Dispatcher Wanted
We are looking for a reliable individual with strong people and problem solving skills to join our rapidly growing Non-Emergency Medical Transport (NEMT) company as a Full-time dispatcher.
Responsibilities
- Receive calls and record significant information appropriately
- Communicate with our drivers, clients and business partners effectively and efficiently
- Prioritize calls and messages according to urgency and importance
- Use phone and computer to send drivers, vehicles to appropriate locations
- Monitor the route and status of vehicles and drivers to coordinate and prioritize their schedules and locations
- Provide provide drivers with information about new rides, traffic, obstacles and requirements
- Enter data in computer system and maintain logs and records of activities and other information
- Must be punctual and be able to work with other team members
Qualifications:
Requirements:
Must pass Drug (including marijuana) and Alcohol Screening
Must clear both Background and Fingerprints screening
Must have excellent customer service skills
Experience: Direct experience preferred but is not required
