We work alongside utility companies, homeowners' associations (HOAs), and local government to support home efficiency and net metering programs throughout the Charlotte area.
Our solutions include residential solar, insulation, smart thermostats, LED lighting, attic restoration, and other energy-saving improvements.
Position Summary
Charlotte Renewables is seeking motivated, professional Residential Energy Consultants to join our Charlotte team.
In this role, you'll meet directly with homeowners in designated residential communities, conduct home energy evaluations, educate homeowners on available programs, and present customized recommendations based on their home's needs.
This is a consultative, people-focused position ideal for individuals who communicate confidently, enjoy working directly with homeowners, and are interested in building a career in renewable energy and consulting.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home energy consultations and evaluations.
- Educate homeowners on available home efficiency and renewable energy programs.
- Present customized reports and recommend appropriate energy-saving solutions.
- Explain utility, federal, state, and company-sponsored programs.
- Answer questions and guide homeowners through the consultation process.
- Maintain accurate homeowner and appointment information using CRM software.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide a professional homeowner experience.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
