Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Sanitation & Facilities Care Associate to join our team in Englewood, NJ. In this role, you will play a key part in keeping our facility clean, organized, and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
- Crate Washing: Wash, sanitize, and prepare plastic crates/baskets for operations.
- Waste & Recycling: Break down, flatten, and properly dispose of cardboard boxes; empty trash receptacles and maintain clean work zones.
- Facility Maintenance: Clean and sanitize employee restrooms, breakrooms, and shared common areas.
- Warehouse Housekeeping: Sweep, keep aisles clear, and assist with light maintenance to ensure a safe workspace.
- General Support: Assist with other general cleaning and facility upkeep tasks as requested.
Requirements
- Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout an 8-hour shift.
- Work Ethic: Punctual, reliable, and capable of working independently without constant supervision.
- Experience: Previous experience in janitorial, sanitation, or warehouse environments is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate!
