We are seeking the right person to assist in developing, maintaining and strengthening our current dispatch team to support our tremendous growth.
We are looking for an experienced Dispatcher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the movement of vehicles, managing customer service inquiries, verifying paperwork, providing real-time updates to drivers and customers and providing training to new drivers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, excellent temperament, the ability to multi-task, and a strong attention to detail. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join a fast-paced and dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the status of all vehicles and personnel.
- Coordinate the dispatch of vehicles and personnel to meet customer needs.
- Maintain records of all dispatched vehicles and personnel.
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and other personnel to ensure timely service in a professional way.
- Ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed in a timely manner.
- Maintain a safe working environment.
Schedule:
The schedule will be 12 hour shifts on the weekend; 3rd shift. Additional hours throughout the week are available to achieve 40 hour.
A valid CDL is strongly desired for this position.

Pay: From $59,000.00 per year
