Job Description:
As a Toyota or Subaru Service Advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking vehicle maintenance and repair services. Your role involves understanding customer concerns, recommending appropriate services, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience. You will coordinate with technicians and service staff to deliver high-quality service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers promptly and professionally, establishing rapport and trust.
Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
Provide detailed explanations of required services and repair options.
Prepare service estimates and communicate costs and timelines effectively.
Schedule service appointments and manage customer flow.
Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion.
Follow up with customers to update on vehicle status and gather feedback.
Maintain accurate records of services performed and customer interactions.
Upsell additional services and maintenance recommendations when appropriate.
Ensure adherence to dealership policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar automotive customer service role preferred.
Strong knowledge of automotive systems and services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using dealership management software Reynolds & Reynolds,
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Customer-focused attitude with a professional appearance.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
