Contract Recruiter (Temporary, 6 Months)
Compensation: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour
Location: Westwood, MA (Onsite, 5 days per week)
Contract Length: 6 months, through the end of 2026
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter with a strong corporate background to lead full-cycle hiring across a range of critical roles. This is a hands-on position for a proven recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to deliver top talent quickly and consistently.
You will focus on hiring for sales, product management, engineering, and other technical and business functions that drive our growth. Working onsite at our Westwood, MA headquarters, you will partner directly with hiring managers, run interviews, and build strong candidate pipelines from start to finish.
Corporate recruiting experience is required. We are also looking for someone with direct recruiting experience in specialty chemicals, manufacturing, industrial products, electronics, materials, or engineering environments. These industry backgrounds are essential to success in this role.
The ideal candidate has worked closely with senior managers and supported VPs across corporate, technical, executive, and high-volume hiring functions. You have successfully recruited for roles ranging from Analyst to Director and executive leadership, consistently delivering top talent while aligning with organizational goals.

What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer support, and closing.
- Recruit across a variety of functions, with a focus on sales, product management, engineering, and technical and business roles.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, target candidate profiles, compensation considerations, and interview processes.
- Build and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, direct outreach, and networking.
- Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines for both current and anticipated hiring needs.
- Screen candidates for relevant experience, motivation, compensation expectations, location flexibility, and overall fit.
- Provide timely updates to hiring managers and HR on pipeline activity, candidate feedback, and recruiting challenges.
- Deliver a positive candidate experience at every stage of the process.
- Keep the applicant tracking system accurate and up to date.
- Support process improvements across recruiting workflow, communication, and hiring manager partnership.
- Participate onsite in interview days, hiring manager discussions, and HR team activities.
What You'll Bring
Required:
- Corporate recruiting experience is a must. You have recruited within a corporate environment and understand how to align hiring with business goals.
- Direct recruiting experience in specialty chemicals, manufacturing, industrial products, electronics, materials, or engineering industries. This industry background is essential.
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate, manufacturing, industrial, technical, or B2B setting.
- Proven success recruiting for sales, product management, engineering, technical sales, or related roles.
- Strong sourcing skills, including direct outreach, passive candidate engagement, and pipeline development.
- The ability to juggle multiple searches at once with attention to detail, urgency, and consistent follow-through.
- Comfort partnering with senior hiring managers, leading intake discussions, and advising on candidate market trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent the company professionally to candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems.
- The ability to work independently while collaborating closely with HR and business partners.
- Availability to work onsite at our Westwood, MA headquarters 5 days per week.
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent relevant experience.
Preferred:
- Experience with ADP Recruiting or similar platforms.
- Prior experience supporting a growing or transforming organization.
