Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) / Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead behavioral therapy interventions and conduct comprehensive assessments for children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Duties
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles for clients with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Conduct patient assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and intake procedures to determine treatment needs and goals
- Collect, analyze, and document behavioral data accurately to inform treatment adjustments and measure progress
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistent implementation of behavior plans
- Maintain detailed medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies
- Provide supervision and training to behavior technicians and support staff to ensure high-quality patient care
- Participate in ongoing training sessions, case reviews, and team meetings to stay current with best practices in behavioral health
Requirements
- Valid licensure as an LBA or BCBA with certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or equivalent credentialing organization
- Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism spectrum disorder
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and data collection methods
- Familiarity with medical terminology, patient assessment procedures, and medical documentation standards, including HIPAA compliance
- Ability to perform patient intake evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and develop tailored treatment plans
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and engaging families effectively
