The Santaluz Club is a beautiful oasis in the heart of Rancho Santa Fe.
We are currently seeking a Part-Time person to add to our Spa team! Benefits for this role are highly competitive - pay rate listed is a reflection of the hourly rate plus service charges, commissions, and tip pool.
The scheduling days for these positions are from Wednesday - Sunday.
In addition to front desk tasks such as answering phones, fielding member inquiries, scheduling appointments, and describing spa services, our spa receptionists and attendants are responsible for maintaining ladies' spa/locker facilities, serving food, and providing high-quality customer service. Food & Beverage experience is a plus and an excellent work ethic is a must! We strive to provide exceptional guest service in an upscale, exclusive spa setting.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficiency in basic math and retail math
- Experience with cash handling and using a cash register
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- Bilingual skills a plus
- Knowledge of POS systems and merchandising techniques

- Have some experience in either spa reception, hospitality or retail
- Be detail-oriented and passionate about creating a positive experience
- Be efficient with time management
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment
