General Summary: InfoPathways is searching for a capable and motivated engineer to support in-person and remote users and clients.
Responsibilities:
· General network and account management
· Software deployment and management
· Installing hardware for both end user workstations and site wide servers
· Travel to client locations for in-person support
· Walking, and climbing; to lifting up to 50lbs
· Server patching and maintenance
· Cybersecurity monitoring and reporting
· Participation in both short-term and long-term projects
· Tracking of time entries and user interactions in ticketing system
Skills and Requirements:
· Experience with Microsoft Azure and Active Directories
· Ability to travel to client site
· Self-discipline and time management skills
· Great communication skills
· Ability to build rapport with VIPs and other clients
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
· Cybersecurity or networking certificates encouraged
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
