THIS ROLE IS NOT A FIT IF YOU:

- Avoid physical, dirty, or demanding work
- Struggle with punctuality or following procedures
- Prefer working alone with minimal interaction
- Are uncomfortable working weekends, holidays, or overtime when needed
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Assess damage to structures and personal belongings
- Clean, restore, pack, inventory, transport, and return customer contents
- Assist with water mitigation, flood remediation, and mold-related projects
- Perform light demolition when needed
- Provide calm, professional customer service
- Recommend services that genuinely help the customer
- Maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment
- Complete daily documentation accurately and on time
- Share ideas to improve efficiency and company growth
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving mindset
- Ability to manage emotional or high-stress situations
- Willingness to follow company procedures and safety standards
PHYSICAL & SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS:
- Work in confined spaces or heights exceeding 10+ feet
- Stand, walk, and move throughout the day
- Work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per year
