Ultimate Therapy is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our skilled nursing rehabilitation team. This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys hands-on therapy, building resident relationships, and helping patients regain mobility and confidence through functional care.
What You'll Be Doing:

Deliver physical therapy treatments and exercises under the direction of the Physical Therapist

Assist residents with walking programs, balance training, transfers, and strengthening activities

Support residents in reaching mobility and independence goals

Observe changes in resident performance and communicate updates to the therapy team

Complete timely and accurate treatment documentation
