Key Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high product standards

Assist the General Manager with operational oversight during shifts

Lead and foster a collaborative, enthusiastic team environment

Ensure compliance with Firehouse Subs policies and food safety regulations

Operate food prep equipment, manage cash transactions, and uphold store cleanliness

Greet and thank every customer professionally
Essential Qualifications

Previous supervisory experience with demonstrated team leadership

Proficiency in operating cash registers

Ability to stand, bend, reach, and move throughout the shift

Comfortable working in cold environments (walk-in refrigerators/freezers)

High school degree or equivalent
