Our client, a leader in the industry, is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the organizational leadership supporting multiple project teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and effective communication abilities, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?
- Establish program objectives, timelines, milestones, and budgets in alignment with organizational strategies and goals.
- Lead, coordinate, and monitor all program activities, including overseeing the efforts of project managers and other team members involved in the program.
- Communicate with stakeholders to provide program updates, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure alignment and collaboration among projects within the program to maximize efficiency and overall benefits.
- Evaluate program performance against established success criteria and conduct post-program reviews to support continuous improvement.
What's Needed?
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage large-scale programs.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in program and project management methodologies and tools.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field, often combined with professional certifications such as PMP or PgMP.
