ATLRx Fulfillment & Production Center Packer Position
ATLRx is seeking a motivated Fulfillment & Production center associate. ATLRx produces, packs and distributes fine Cannabis (hemp) products. This role is directly tied to production of products & fulfillment of orders, both direct to consumer as well as business to business.
On the job training will be provided. Prior experience in product production or warehouse fulfillment preferred, but not required. Attention to detail is a key quality for this position.

Position Pay: $13+ based on experience

Product Creation
Depending on the needs of the business, the various products are created on an ongoing basis. This is the primary function of the role.
Pre-rolls
- Use provided machinery to fill raw cones with ground flower
- Twist cones to ATLRx quality standards
- Pack finished cones into tubes
- Apply label to tubes
- Heat seal tubes
- Attention to detail required for product aesthetic & weight
- 1000-2000 units required per week
Gummies
- Fill packer bottles with appropriate count and variety of gummies
- Use capping machine to apply cap/seal
- Use label applicator machine to apply correct label to packer bottle
- 1000-2000 units required per week
Prepackaged Flower
- Hole punch bags for hanging on pegs
- Place hemp flower into ATLRx bags ensuring consistent weight and quality
- Heat seal flower bags
- Apply label to bags
Online E-Commerce fulfillment
- All orders placed at www.ATLRx.com are shipped from the Fulfillment & Production center. Phone and email-based customer service is also provided from this facility.
- Print Labels & Packing Slips (or receive from manager)
- Apply labels to padded mailers/boxes
- Accurately include product per order packing slip
- Double check for accuracy, and seal packages for pickup by carrier
- Schedule USPS pickups & make drop-off runs to UPS
- Assist customers with orders they’ve placed via email or phone
- Attention to detailed required for product picking accuracy, type and quantity
Additional Responsibilities
- Greeting/assisting walk-in and curbside pickup customers
- Checking ID for age & order verification
- Handing correct products to customers
- Answering basic product related questions as needed
- Cleaning / organizing warehouse space
- Removing trash / replacing bags
- Wiping surfaces
- Resetting for the following day
- Maintaining Security Standards
