Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, ensuring all surfaces are spotless and sanitized
- Handle floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming carpets, and maintaining hardwood or tile flooring to a high standard
- Manage laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care and attention to detail
- Maintain sanitation standards by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch surfaces regularly
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients, understanding their specific needs, and addressing any special requests
- Assist with light cooking or meal preparation if required by clients to enhance their overall experience
- Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to ensure a safe working environment at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial work; hotel housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation practices, and floor care methods
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Familiarity with laundry processes and basic household chores such as cooking is a plus
- Reliable transportation to reach various client locations within the service area
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
