Job Summary
Need an armed guard for a mobile patrol on the Queens/Nassau border (in Nassau) Saturdays and Sundays 2130x0530 $35 an hour on a W2. Must have an NYS Armed Guard license and be retired law enforcement. This is a uniformed position, security polo, BDU’s or cargo pants and black footwear. Serious Inquiries only.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate vehicles as required.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving.
- Utilize surveillance techniques as needed to ensure residents safety during patrol.
Qualifications
- Retired Law Enforcement.
- Proven experience as a Driver with a clean driving record.
- Familiarity with law enforcement protocols.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
