AMP Residential is starting a Clinically Enhanced Intensive Support program for full time and part-time hours. This will require a higher level of Direct Care and commitment for DSPs accepted into the program. AMP will begin advertising for these positions. Rate of pay is $21.00 - $24.00 /Hour based on education and experience related to this position that comes with higher expectations than the regular DSP position. AMP is hiring for 8A-4P Mon-Fri, 12A-8A Sunday night to Thursday Night. Friday and saturday overnight 12A-10A. Saturday and Sunday 10A-12A. Plus a 2P-10P shift every day that can be 20, 30 or 40 per week. AMP requires a 6–8-day orientation, 8:30A-3:30P. This program will require 3 additional days of in-person training from 9A-5P that must be passed and certified in order to be in the program, Monthly meetings, quarterly 8-hour in person trainings, and annual trainings as required by 6100 / 6400 regulations. This program will require strict adherence to daily schedules, activities, constant engagement, and community support. This position will deal with potentially aggressive behaviors, extensive hygiene care, and additional paperwork that will be required to be accurate and timely. Candidates must be able to physically pass an 8-hour personal emergency intervention class and be able to safely and quickly apply several different types of 1-person and 2-person interventions.

For this enhanced position AMP prefers a bachelor's degree but necessary. AMP requires a valid driver's license, a minimum of a G.E.D. or High School Diploma, the ability to always learn, grow and have the positive attitude required to care for challenging individuals.
