About the role
We're seeking a motivated, personable Insurance Sales Agent to join our growing team. You'll promote and sell insurance products, deliver outstanding customer service, and build lasting relationships across the community you serve. Success comes from strong communication, a consultative approach, and the ability to understand each client's needs and recommend the right coverage. What you'll do
- Build and maintain client relationships through proactive outreach and outside sales
- Conduct thorough needs analyses to identify the right products for each client
- Present and clearly explain policies, benefits, and coverage options
- Review terms and finalize coverage that fits each client's situation
- Deliver exceptional service by answering questions and resolving issues promptly
- Keep accurate records of sales activity and client interactions in our CRM
- Partner with marketing to promote products and generate new business
- Make outbound calls and follow up on leads to grow the client base
- Stay current on industry trends, products, and applicable state insurance regulations
- Continuously sharpen your sales skills and product knowledge
What you bring
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance license (required)
- Strong sales skills: developing, tracking, following up on, and closing leads
- A consultative selling style backed by solid product knowledge
- Confident prospecting and lead-generation ability
- Excellent verbal and written communication with a genuine customer focus
- Ambition, motivation, and drive to hit your goals
- Comfort with everyday tools like CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Strong listening skills and the ability to understand client needs
Compensation: $50,000 – $120,000 per year (base pay plus uncapped commission and performance bonuses)
Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
