Aesthetic Medical Assistant / Clinical Coordinator

Austin Aesthetic Couture is a luxury aesthetic and wellness practice specializing in advanced injectables, regenerative aesthetics, skin rejuvenation, wellness, and full facial balancing. We are seeking a polished, motivated, and patient-focused Aesthetic Medical Assistant / Clinical Coordinator to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:
- Rooming patients and preparing treatment rooms
- Performing initial patient assessments and consultations prior to provider evaluation
- Obtaining patient concerns, treatment goals, and relevant medical history to provide an organized report to the provider
- Taking and documenting vital signs
- Assisting with patient charting and maintaining accurate EMR documentation
- Obtaining before and after photographs
- Performing blood draws and specimen collection as needed; REQUIRED
- Assisting providers during aesthetic procedures and treatments
- Preparing supplies, products, and treatment materials for procedures
- Sterilization and maintaining clinical cleanliness standards
- Inventory tracking and notifying management of low inventory items
- Assisting with patient check-in and check-out as needed
- Supporting patient follow-up communications
- Assisting with scheduling and appointment confirmations
- Supporting social media content creation and behind-the-scenes marketing initiatives
- Maintaining luxury patient experience standards throughout the patient journey
- Assisting providers with daily clinic flow and operations
- Educating patients on treatment plans, post-care instructions, skincare products, memberships, and wellness services
- Supporting patient retention, rebooking, and overall patient satisfaction initiatives
- Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Medical Assistant certification preferred
- Previous medical office experience required
- Previous aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, wellness, or med spa experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable with patient photography and social media content
- EMR experience preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
- Comfortable interacting with high-end clientele and delivering exceptional patient experiences

Schedule:
- Starting part-time and working towards a full-time position
- Monday through Friday availability
- Occasional evenings or weekends for trainings, events, or special projects may be required but rare
