Horizon Healthcare Staffing is looking for a creative, organized, and tech-savvy Digital Marketing Associate to join our growing team.
We’re a healthcare staffing company serving NY & NJ for over 30 years, and we’re looking for someone who’s excited about combining marketing, social media, recruiting, branding, and AI-driven technology to help us grow.
If you’re the type of person who’s always testing new apps, keeping up with TikTok/Instagram trends, experimenting with ChatGPT, or brainstorming content ideas - we want to meet you.
What You’ll Do
Social Media & Content Creation
- Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, email campaigns, and our website
- Help grow our social media presence and increase engagement
- Stay on top of social media trends, viral content ideas, and platform updates
- Curate healthcare and career-related content that connects with candidates and clients
Digital Marketing
- Assist with digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, Google, and recruiting platforms
- Help improve SEO and website traffic through content optimization
- Track campaign performance and analyze engagement, clicks, and conversions
- Brainstorm creative ideas to improve brand visibility and lead generation
AI & Marketing Technology
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT and other marketing technologies to help create content, automate workflows, improve campaigns, and increase efficiency
- Research new AI trends and recommend innovative ways to improve marketing and recruiting processes
- Help implement automation tools for email, text, and social media marketing
Recruiting Marketing
- Create and optimize job postings for Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, and other platforms
- Develop recruiting campaigns to attract healthcare professionals
- Assist with email and text marketing campaigns using our ATS system
Additional Responsibilities
- Support business development and lead generation initiatives
- Assist with marketing projects and administrative tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 1–2 years of marketing experience preferred (internships count!)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital trends
- Experience with Canva, WordPress, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, or similar platforms is a plus
- Interest in AI tools, marketing automation, and emerging technology
- Creative thinker with strong communication skills
- Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
