Primary Responsibilities
- Process motor vehicle tag and title transactions
- Assist customers and resolve inquiries
- Use software connected to the Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA)
- Review, scan, and file transaction documents
- Maintain office organization
- Report issues that affect transaction processing
- Support marketing campaigns
- Learn and implement new MVA procedures and updates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Customer service experience preferred
- Comfortable with computers and customer management software
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
