Did you know that Brevard Public Schools offers our instructional (school psychologists are considered as instrutional) staff a pay supplement based on years of experience? Our voters passed a millage in 2022 and all instructional staff, from zero to 19+ years of experience, will receive a supplement. The pay ranges based on years of experience, but for a teacher or school psychologist with 19+ years experience, that's approximately an additional $8,110 (pay and supplement are prorated based on start date) in your pocket! This raises the overall compensation higher than our neighboring school districts.
